机场的火车站位于3号航站楼下的厄勒松德铁路线上。

该站由丹麦国家铁路运营商DSB运营的火车服务，提供该站的城际和城际快车列车。

从哥本哈根机场到哥本哈根中央火车站的列车每20分钟一班。确切的时间表是每小时24分钟和每小时44分钟。到哥本哈根中央火车站的旅程大约需要20分钟。火车全天运营。

DSB Øresund提供火车服务，作为哥本哈根市中心和瑞典赫尔辛堡之间的当地服务。该列车停靠在哥本哈根机场站。
