Enterprise asks all passengers to please remember to receive your baggage at Copenhagen Airport’s baggage claim area before you head towards the arrivals area. Travelers can find the counters of all the Copenhagen Airport rental car companies within the Car Rental Centre.

Please take the shuttle buses assigned to Car Rental Centre, which stops by Terminal 3 at Ellehammersvej 20, just outside the Clarion Hotel, and by Terminal 2 just outside the terminal entrance. The shuttle buses depart every 10 minutes.

Helpful information when using Enterprise Car Rental at Copenhagen Airport

Renters are allowed to add additional drivers for rental vehicles at Copenhagen Airport. However, be aware that any additional drivers have to meet the same rental qualifications as the primary driver/renter. All extra drivers of the rented vehicle have to turn up at the rental counter together with the primary driver.

Please be aware that there will be an additional charge of 50 DKK (including VAT) per day, per driver.

Returning your rented vehicle to Enterprise at Copenhagen Airport
