ALAMO Rental Cars at Copenhagen Airport

Once you arrive at Copenhagen Airport, please follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Here you will need to collect your luggage before you exit the arrival area. Then you should follow the airport signs for the shuttle buses and take the shuttle bus assigned to the Car Rental Centre. The shuttle bus stop by Terminal 3 is located at Ellehammersvej 20, just outside Hilton Hotel, whereas the shuttle bus stop by Terminal 2 is located just outside the terminal entrance.

Once you get to the Car Rental Centre, please continue to the Alamo car rental service counter to receive your rental agreement. Alamo is one of several car rental companies at Copenhagen Airport.

Online check-in option at Copenhagen Airport

All travelers can use the online check-in service at Copenhagen Airport when renting a vehicle from the Alamo rental car service. This can save you some time when arriving at the Alamo rental car counter.

Because, if you check-in online you will already have your choices and driver information ready in the system, at the time you get to the bench. This will make it faster for the Alamo staff to finish your rental agreement.

When you have completed your rental agreement, you will be provided with the keys to your rented vehicle.

Returning your rented vehicle to Alamo at Copenhagen Airport

Once you are ready to return your rented vehicle at Copenhagen Airport, simply drive back to CPH Airport and follow the signs for the Car rental Centre and Parking House P1. The vehicle should be parked on the outside parking area across the street from the Car Rental Centre in a spot marked for Alamo Rent a Car. Please proceed to the Alamo service counter where a member of staff is ready to assist you.
